Step-by-step instructions

Place a medicine ball on the floor directly in front of your toes.

Keeping your knees slightly bent, hinge at your hips and bend down to grab the medicine ball. Make sure your back is straight during this.

Lift the medicine ball upward, utilizing your legs and hip power, until you're standing fully upright.

Now, press the ball above your head, extending your arms completely.

Lower the ball back to the initial position and repeat for the required number of reps.
