What exactly am I getting?

You’ll get unlimited one-on-one habit building coaching from your dedicated CoPilot Coach. You can chat with your coach every day and get a personalized set of routines to reach your goals.

Your coach can support you with movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and recovery. For movement, you'll get a custom workout plan which might include traditional workouts (for home or the gym) and ideas for everyday activities you might not think of as “exercise.”

While your coach doesn’t provide specific meal plans, they can teach you how to create your own meal plans, talk about healthy eating, and explore mindful eating. Our coaches also support you with basic mindfulness, relaxation, stretching, and other active recovery techniques.

CoPilot does not provide meal plans or meditation programs. Our services should not be used in place of medical or mental health care. Before starting any new program consult your medical provider.

How do I communicate with my coach?

When you sign up you’ll schedule a 40 minute onboarding call with your coach. After starting the program, you have unlimited support from your coach.  You'll be able to provide feedback to your coach in the app so they can customize your routines and habit plans as needed. You can message your coach in the app using text, video, and images. When you need some extra support you can schedule a video call.

How much does it cost?

CoPilot is $99 a month for unlimited habit coaching. You can work on movement (fitness), nutrition, mindfulness, and recovery (self-care/ wellness).

Is there a free trial?

Every CoPilot client gets a free 14-day trial. You will have a 40-minute onboarding call with your coach, a custom routine plan, access to habit logging, and in-app support from your coach.

Is there a contract?

There are no contracts at CoPilot. Subscriptions automatically renew each month. You can cancel or pause at any time inside the app. No questions and no hassle (unlike cable providers).  

What equipment do I need?

Nothing! Your coach is trained to help you live a better life with as much, or as little equipment as you have. Your coach will build a personalized plan for you whether you’re at home, on the go, or at a gym.

Do I choose my coach?

Absolutely! We’ll suggest a few coaches who have a background, personality, and coaching style that best match your quiz answers and you get to choose who you want to work with. You can also swap coaches at any time.

Can I switch coaches?

Of course! You can switch coaches whenever you want, however many times you want. Just reach out to us at info@mycopilot.com and we’ll help you find the right fit.

How does the technology work?

Whenever you work out, our system becomes your coach’s eyes and ears by automatically tracking your sets, pacing, and range of motion. Your coach’s voice is right in your ear telling you what to do next and correcting any problems with your pacing or form.
Your coach can support you with movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and recovery. For movement, you'll get a custom workout plan which might include traditional workouts (for home or the gym) and ideas for everyday activities you might not think of as “exercise.”

You’ll also have the ability to work on up to four routines (habits) at a time in the areas of movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and recovery. But don’t worry you can work on as few as you want. It’s all about small doable steps and focusing on today.

Do I need an Apple Watch?

Nope, no smart watch is necessary. You need an iPhone to get started. However, having an Apple Watch will help your coach see what is going on during your workouts using our motion tracking technology. We recommend a Series 3(S3) or newer if you do get an Apple Watch. The older devices are no longer supported by Apple and can run into issues.
