What exactly am I getting?

Dedicated fitness coaching, nutrition guidance, personalized workouts, and progress tracking via the CoPilot app. Talk with your coach via text, video messages, and live calls.

Your coach makes you custom workouts and holds you accountable. Your fitness plan is built around your needs (for home or the gym). It might include traditional workouts along with other activities that you may not think of as “exercise”.

The app guides you through every step of your workouts. You don't have to think about your workouts, just show up.

How much does it cost?

CoPilot is $99/month for unlimited coaching. You'll not only get a personalized fitness plan and constant support from your coach, but you'll also get guidance on nutrition, mindfulness, and recovery (self-care/ wellness)!

Is there a free trial?

Yes! While your coach doesn’t provide specific meal plans, they do teach you how to create your own meal plans, give healthy eating tips, and explore mindful eating. The CoPilot app helps you track your healthy eating habits as well.

Do you help with nutrition?

Yes! While your coach doesn’t provide specific meal plans, they do teach you how to create your own meal plans, give healthy eating tips, and explore mindful eating. The CoPilot app helps you track your healthy eating habits as well.

Is there a contract?

No. You can cancel or pause at any time inside the app. No questions and no hassle (unlike cable providers). Subscriptions automatically renew each billing cycle (monthly, quarterly, or annually depending on your plan choice).  

What equipment do I need?

Nothing! Your coach helps you live a better life with as much, or as little equipment as you have. Your coach builds a personalized plan for you whether you’re at home, on the go, or at a gym.

Is CoPilot available internationally?

Yes! CoPilot is offered in English and is currently available for international customers. Coach availability is based on US time zones. All subscriptions are billed in USD.

Do I choose my coach?

Absolutely! We’ll suggest a few coaches who have a background, personality, and coaching style that best match your quiz answers and you get to choose who you want to work with. You can also swap coaches at any time.

Can I switch coaches?

Yes! You can switch coaches whenever you want, however many times you want.  You can switch directly in the CoPilot app or reach out to info@mycopilot.com for help finding the right fit.

How does the technology work?

Whenever you work out, our system becomes your coach’s eyes and ears by automatically tracking your sets, pacing, and range of motion. Your coach’s voice is right in your ear telling you what to do next and correcting any problems with your pacing or form.

Your coach can support you with movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and recovery. For movement, you'll get a custom workout plan which might include traditional workouts (for home or the gym) and ideas for everyday activities you might not think of as “exercise.”

You’ll also have the ability to work on up to four routines (habits) at a time in the areas of movement, nutrition, mindfulness, and recovery. But don’t worry you can work on as few as you want. It’s all about small doable steps and focusing on today.

Do I need a smartwatch or fitness tracker?

Nope, no smartwatch or tracker is necessary. As long as you have an Android or iPhone device you’ll be able to use a coach. However, if you have an iPhone, having an Apple Watch will help your coach see what is going on during your workouts using our motion tracking technology. We recommend a Series 5 (S5) or newer if you do get an Apple Watch. The older devices are no longer supported by Apple and can run into issues.
