Hello, I’m Coach Max. My enthusiasm for practicing a healthy lifestyle was sparked while training for soccer in high school. I fell in love with the process of using exercise and nutrition to help me get stronger, more athletic, and feel my best. While earning my personal trainer certification, I realized a healthy relationship with your mind and body doesn’t include suffering through workouts or restricting your food. Instead, it’s built on the foundation of long term health and sustainability. If your methods are unsustainable, the results are unsustainable. Balance is everything.
