Stand in front of a low pulley cable machine with a handle attached.

Stand in a split stance - one foot forward and the other back - while holding the cable handle with both hands.

Pull the handle towards your waist keeping your elbows close to your body.

Pause briefly with the handle at your waist before slowly returning your arms back to their starting position.

Maintain a tall spine and avoid leaning too far forward or back during the exercise.
