Step-by-step instructions

Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart.

Reach your right arm across your chest, keeping it straight.

Use your left hand to gently pull your right arm closer to your chest, until you feel a gentle stretch in your right shoulder.

Hold this stretch for about 30 seconds before swapping to the other side.

Avoid hunching or tensing your shoulders, keep them relaxed and down.
