Step-by-step instructions

Stand up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball in both hands in front of you.

While keeping your arms only slightly bent, raise the medicine ball up until it’s in line with your shoulders.

Pause, then slowly lower the medicine ball back down to starting position.

Avoid locking your elbows or using your back to lift the ball.

Repeat for the programmed number of reps.
