Step-by-step instructions

Set a cable pulley machine to its highest position and secure the rope attachment.

Take a step away from the machine, and kneel down on one knee. The knee closer to the machine should be the one on the ground.

Grab the rope with both hands, arms extended straight out, and with your torso turned slightly towards the machine.

Using your legs and core, pull the rope diagonally across your body and down towards your opposite hip.

Slowly reverse the movement back to starting position. This counts as one rep, repeat the desired number of reps before switching sides.
