Stand in front of a cable machine with the cable at chest height.

Grab the cable handles with arms extended in front of you.

Bend at your waist slightly, push your hips back and engage your core.

Pull the cable handles towards your body, keeping your back straight and your elbows close to your body.

Release your hands back to the starting position in a controlled motion and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
