Step-by-step instructions

Stand in front of the cable machine with your feet shoulder-width apart.

Hold onto the cable handle up near your chest and squat down by pushing your hips back.

Come up from the squat while turning your upper body to one side and raise the handle above your head.

Lower the handle back to your chest and repeat for the programmed number of reps.

Make sure to stay in control of the movement. Don't let the cable pull you off balance.
