Step-by-step instructions

Stand in an upright position and step on one end of a resistance band.

Hold the other end of the band with one hand, keeping your elbow close to your body and at 90 degrees.

Extend your arm, pulling the band straight up to the ceiling.

Pause and contract your tricep at the top of the movement.

Slowly lower your hand back down in a controlled manner and repeat for the programmed number of reps.
