Step-by-step instructions

Stand upright on the resistance band with your feet at shoulder width apart, holding a handle in each hand close to your shoulders.

Perform a deep squat, lowering your buttocks towards the ground.

As you push back up to standing, press your arms straight into the air above your head.

Lower your arms back down to your shoulders and go into your next squat.

Repeat these movements for the desired number of reps.
