Hey there, I’m Coach Megan! While I have always played sports and been active, my passion for health and wellness began in high school. While earning my BS in exercise science, I decided to become a certified personal trainer and I haven't looked back since. I have not always had a healthy relationship with food and exercise, and it has taken me a long time to find balance when it comes to health. Because of this, I am extremely passionate about helping others find that balance. I believe that health is all-encompassing; it is not only physical, but also mental, emotional, and spiritual. We must find balance in all areas to be truly healthy. I am here to help you create habits and implement small changes in your life to become the best version of yourself.
