Step-by-step instructions

Kneel on the floor and place your hands on a yoga ball.

Walk your knees backward and straighten your legs until you're in a plank position with your palms on the ball.

Align your wrists under your shoulders and avoid allowing your hips to sag.

Shift your weight to one hand and lift the other hand off the ball to tap your shoulder.

Return your hand to the ball and repeat on the other side. Do this for the programmed number of reps.
