Step-by-step instructions

Sit on a yoga ball with your feet flat on the floor.

Lean back and relax on the ball. Adjust your body on the ball until you're comfortable.

Hold a med ball up in the air with both hands.

Use your core to lift your body up while keeping the med ball raised.

Lower your body back down to the starting position in a controlled manner while keeping the med ball lifted. Repeat the movement for the programmed number of reps.
