Step-by-step instructions

First, adjust the TRX straps to be about waist high.

Stand facing the TRX with your feet hip-width apart.

Reach up and grab the handles. Walk your feet backward until your body forms a diagonal line.

Bend at your elbows to pull your chest towards the straps. Keep your body straight without sagging your hips.

Lower your body back down in a controlled movement and repeat for the intended number of reps.
