Spiderman Stretch

The Spiderman Stretch is an active stretching exercise that improves flexibility and mobility in the hips, thighs, and lower back. It imitates the movements of a climbing Spiderman, hence the name. Step-by-step instructions

Position yourself on the floor in a push-up stance.

Move your right foot to the outside of your right hand while keeping the left leg straight.

Once your foot is planted near your hand, lower your torso to feel a stretch in your hip and thigh.

Hold this position for about 10-15 seconds.

Return to the push-up position and repeat on the other side.
