Step-by-step instructions

Lie flat on your back on a mat, holding a kettlebell in both hands overhead with extended arms.

Keep your legs extended and together, feet pointed and on the ground.

Lift your right leg up as high as it can go keeping it straight, while your left leg remains on the ground.

Slowly return your right leg back down to the ground in a controlled motion.

Repeat this movement with your left leg and continue alternating between the two for your programmed number of reps.
