Step-by-step instructions

Sit at a cable station with your feet planted firmly on the floor and grasp a straight bar with both hands.

Pull the bar towards your upper chest, tilting your torso backwards slightly to help you balance.

Keep your back straight and core engaged throughout the motion.

Push the bar away from your chest in a diagonal upward motion towards the opposite side.

Return the bar to your chest and repeat for the programmed number of reps, then switch to the opposite side.
