Step-by-step instructions

Start by standing upright with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball in both hands.

Raise the ball up to chest level in front of you. This is your starting position.

Next, move the ball to the right, lifting it up and around your head, drawing a 'halo'. Keep your elbows close to your body.

After the ball has circled your head, bring it back down to chest level on your left side.

Repeat the movement in the other direction, circling the ball from your left to your right. Keep your core engaged throughout.
