Step-by-step instructions

Approach the hamstring curl machine and adjust the leg pad to fit comfortably against your calves.

Sit or lie down on the machine, positioning your body according to the machine's design.

Ensure your knees are at the edge of the bench so you can move your legs freely.

Grip the handles on the side of the bench or machine for stability.

Bend your knees, pulling your heels towards your buttocks in a smooth motion. Return to the starting position in a controlled motion, and repeat.
