Step-by-step instructions

Stand upright with one kettlebell in each hand, hanging by your sides.

Ensure your chest is out, shoulders are pulled back and you're looking straight ahead.

Begin walking forward while maintaining proper posture. Keep each movement controlled and avoid making sudden or jerky movements.

Walk around for a designated time or distance and then carefully place the kettlebells back on the ground.

Avoid leaning forward and straining your neck. Keep your steps even and maintain your balance.
