Step-by-step instructions

Sit on a bench, grasping a dumbbell in each hand.

Slowly lie back onto the bench and hold the dumbbells by your sides.

Keep the upper part of your arms pressed against the bench and stationary.

Curl your arms by bending your elbows and lifting the weights up to your shoulders.

Lower the weights back down in a controlled motion and repeat for the predetermined number of reps.
