Step-by-step instructions

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at your sides.

Bend at your waist and place the dumbbells on the ground in front of you.

In one smooth movement, swoop the dumbbells back between your legs in a 'devil's press' motion.

Bring the dumbbells back forward, and lift them overhead, finishing with your arms fully extended.

Lower the dumbbells back to your sides in a controlled manner and repeat for the programmed number of reps.
