Step-by-step instructions

Stand in front of a cable machine, holding onto the cable handle with your hands.

Stagger your stance by placing one foot in front of the other foot.

Pull the cable towards your body using your arms and back, keeping your feet planted and body steady.

When the cable reaches your midsection, squeeze your shoulder blades together for a brief moment.

Finally, extend your arms back out, allowing the cable to gently pull your arms forward. Repeat for desired number of reps.
