Step-by-step instructions

Stand in front of a cable machine, making sure that you are far enough away for the weights to not hit the machine as you move.

Hold onto the cable handles or rope with your hands, facing the machine.

Bend your knees slightly and hinge forward at the hips, keeping your back straight.

Pull the cable handles or rope towards your body, starting just below your sternum and ending above your head.

Reverse the movement, extending your arms straight back out. Repeat for the programmed number of reps.
