Step-by-step instructions

Stand straight with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the barbell shoulder-width apart as well, in front of you.

Bend slightly at the knees and pull the barbell up towards your chest, flipping your hands beneath it.

In a swift motion, drive your body upwards to stand straight again, pushing the barbell up over your head.

Make sure your arms are fully extended above your head and your legs are straight.

Lower the barbell back down to chest level and repeat for the programmed number of reps.
