Stand up straight and attach a resistance band at chest height to a sturdy object near you.

Hold the middle of the resistance band with both hands, feet hip-width apart.

Rotate your entire body to the right, pulling the band away from its anchor point.

Rotate your body back to the center, maintaining consistent tension on the band.

Repeat for the programmed number of reps then switch sides.
