Stand tall with a resistance band positioned under your feet.

Hold onto the ends of the band with both hands.

Bend your knees slightly, but keep your back straight.

Pull your hands up to your chest by bending your elbows and squeezing your shoulder blades together.

Lower your hands back down in a controlled manner and repeat for the desired number of reps.
