Stand up straight, hold the resistance band with both hands, the band should be at chest height.

Pull the band apart, bringing your arms to the sides.

Next, move your arms in a fluid motion from the sides up above your head, stretching the band vertically.

Bring the band back to chest height while keeping tension.

Repeat for the desired amount of reps.
