Hi, I’m Coach Anna (pronounced Auna). A passion for health was ingrained in me for as long as I can remember. From teaching swim lessons in high school to leading group fitness classes during college, I knew I wanted to help others improve their lives through movement. With a degree in exercise science and over 12 years of personal training experience, I have the skills to meet you right where you are mentally and physically, and gently move you past your comfort zone and improve your wellbeing. As a former competitive water skier, I understand the struggles of injuries and setbacks in life. I will help you persevere on your fitness journey, and I will be your number one supporter!
