Start by sitting on a yoga ball with a kettlebell in each hand, supporting the kettlebells with your thighs.

Slowly walk your feet forward, allowing the ball to roll up your back, until just your shoulders and head are on the ball.

Raise your hips so your body is in a straight line from your knees to your shoulders.

Press the kettlebells up towards the ceiling until your arms are fully extended, then lower them back down in a controlled fashion.

Keep your head and hips steady, allowing the ball to stabilize as you repeat for the programmed number of reps.
