Sit on a yoga ball with your feet flat on the ground, holding a dumbbell on your chest.

Slowly lean back against the ball, rolling it underneath you until your back is resting on it.

Tighten your core, keeping your feet planted firmly on the floor.

Lift your upper body, curling it towards your knees while holding the dumbbell on your chest.

Lower your body gently back onto the yoga ball, maintaining control by engaging your core. Repeat for the programmed number of reps.
