Step-by-step instructions

Stand with your back towards the TRX straps and grip the handles with both hands.

Walk forward until there is tension in the straps.

Engage your core and lean forward until your body is horizontal with the ground, your arms extended and you are balancing on your toes.

Maintain this position for a few seconds, keeping your body straight from head to toe.

Return to the upright position and repeat for the programmed number of sets.
