Step-by-step instructions

Stand upright or sit in a suitable chair, with your back straight.

Extend your right arm out in front of you, with the palm facing downwards.

Gently pull back the thumb of your right hand, using your left hand till you feel a stretch along the top of your forearm.

Hold for 15-20 seconds then switch to your left hand and repeat.

Remember not to stretch to the point of pain, tension is good but pain means you're overdoing it.
