Step-by-step instructions

Place a barbell into a landmine attachment or securely in a corner of the room.

Stand facing the landmine with your feet shoulder-width apart and grab the top end of the barbell with your right hand.

Bring the barbell towards your right shoulder, holding it at chest level.

Bend your knees slightly and then extend them rapidly while simultaneously pushing the barbell upwards until your arm is straight.

Lower the barbell back down to shoulder level in a controlled manner, and repeat for the specified number of reps before switching to your left arm.
