Step-by-step instructions

Get down on your hands and knees, placing your hands directly under your shoulders.

Keep your fingers spread wide and press your palms firmly into the floor.

Hinge from the hips to lift your knees off the floor and jump up, bringing your feet under your body.

Land quietly on your toes with a slight bend in your knees.

Immediately jump back to the starting position and repeat for the programmed number of reps.
