Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, and hold the medicine ball in both hands with your elbows bent.

Bend your knees slightly while keeping your chest up and your eyes forward.

Explosively extend your knees and arms together, propelling the medicine ball upward instead of outward.

Release the ball when your arms are fully extended.

Retrieve the ball and reset to perform the next rep.
