Begin in a standing position, with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a medicine ball in front of your body.

Bend at your waist and place the medicine ball on the floor in front of you.

Starting with your arms extended, pull the medicine ball towards your chest while squeezing your shoulder blades together.

Press the ball back down to the floor and extend your arms fully.

Lift the medicine ball overhead, keeping your arms fully extended. Repeat the entire sequence for the programmed number of reps.
