Step-by-step instructions

Stand up straight, holding the kettlebell in your right hand by your side.

Place your left foot on a sturdy bench or step.

Press down on your left foot and lift your body up until your left leg is straight.

Lower your body back down in a controlled fashion, returning your right foot to the floor.

Repeat this on your right foot while holding the kettlebell in your left hand for the programmed number of reps.
