Kettlebell Standing Snow Angel instructions
Step-by-step instructions

Stand with your feet hip-width distance apart, holding a kettlebell in each hand at your sides.

Lower into a slight squat, keeping your core engaged and your back straight.

Slowly raise your arms up to shoulder height, keeping them straight and parallel to the floor. The kettlebells should be hanging down.

Open your arms out to the sides until they're in line with your shoulders, like the motion of making a snow angel. The kettlebells should stay at shoulder height.

Close your arms back to the starting position and stand up straight. Repeat for the programmed number of reps.
