Step-by-step instructions

Place a kettlebell on the ground in front of a stable step, bench or box.

Stand facing the step and pick up the kettlebell with both hands, holding it at chest level.

Step onto the box with one foot while driving your body upward.

Stand completely upright on the box, engaging your core for balance.

Step back down with the same foot and repeat for the desired number of reps before switching to the other leg.
