Step-by-step instructions

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a kettlebell in one hand.

Step forward with the leg opposite the kettlebell, bending both knees until your rear knee almost touches the ground.

As you return to standing, push the kettlebell above your head.

Lower the kettlebell back down as you prepare to lunge again.

Repeat with the other side after completing the set.
