Step-by-step instructions

Stand up straight with a kettlebell in each hand at shoulder level, palms facing your chest.

Press the kettlebells up, rotating your hands so your palms face forward at the top of the movement.

Pause, then reverse the movement, rotating the kettlebells back to the starting position.

Repeat the movement for the programmed number of reps.

Avoid arching your back or swinging your body for momentum during the exercise.
