The Dumbbell Chair Leg Raise is a lower body exercise that strengthens thighs and lower abdomen. It tones your body, improves balance, boosts core strength and enhances lower body strength by lifting legs while holding a dumbbell.

Dumbbell Chair Leg Raise instructions
Step-by-step instructions

Sit on the edge of a chair, holding a dumbbell with both hands in between your thighs.

Rest your arms on the tops of your thighs and grip the dumbbell by placing your hands under it.

Keeping your back straight, lift your knees and pull the dumbbell towards your chest.

Lower your feet back to the floor in a controlled manner, without letting the dumbbell touch the ground.

This is one rep, continue to do this for the scheduled number of reps.
