Step-by-step instructions

Walk up to the cable machine and attach a straight bar to the top cable.

Stand facing the machine with the bar in both hands and your feet shoulder-width apart.

Pull the bar down to your chest while keeping your elbows high.

Pull your shoulders back and squeeze your shoulder blades together.

Return the bar to the starting position in a controlled manner, fully extending your arms upwards. Repeat for the desired number of reps.
