Step-by-step instructions

Stand up straight holding the ends of the two battle ropes in each hand with a grip that is wider than shoulder width apart.

Initiate the movement by rapidly raising one arm to shoulder level while swiftly lowering the other hand.

Then quickly lower the raised arm and rapidly raise the opposite arm.

Keep alternating this movement as quickly as you can.

Maintain a slight bend in your knees and a tight core throughout the entire exercise to avoid any injuries.
