Hello there! I'm Coach Sam, and I love all things strength! For the last decade, I've been working in the strength and conditioning field with youth through professional athletes. Most recently, I worked with rowers and track and field athletes at a Division 1 school. My experience includes sports performance, injury risk management and rehab/post-rehab training. I am a McGill Method Certified Practitioner, specializing in alleviating low back pain. I look forward to working with you on your health journey!
